Navajas al horno

La idea de esta receta la saque de la página de mi admirada Pilar la lechuza que fue mi mayor inspiradora a la hora de crear mi propio Blog. Desde que publicó la receta, tenía muchas ganas de probarla así que, aquí va con pequeños retoques.

1 kg. de navajas vivas fresquitas
1 cebolla
2 dientes de ajo
pimentón dulce
pan rallado

Ponemos la navajas de pie en un recipiente alto con agua y sal para que suelten las arenillas que pudieran tener
Mientras se purgan, hacemos un sofrito ligero con la cebolla, los ajos y el pimentón .

Una vez listo, les pasamos a las navajas la punta de un cuchillo por una lateral para abrirlas y las vamos colocando en una fuente de pyrex o en la bandeja del horno
Añadimos un poco del sofrito a cada una y rociamos con perejil, pan rallado y un chorrito de vino blanco, (en este orden) y metemos al horno caliente durante 5 minutos.

Sacamos del horno y comemos enseguida. Hay que comerlas calentitas.
